It’s been a big feral buffalo week for Learning on Country (LoC) Program students at Ramingining School.

Buffalo in Gurruwiling (the Arafura Swamp) provide an economic opportunity but damage the environment – they accelerate saltwater intrusion into freshwater areas and damage lowland rainforests, many of which have high cultural, as well as conservation significance.
