The Arafura Swamp Rangers Healthy Country Plan was prepared for Arafura Swamp Rangers Aboriginal Corporation (ASRAC) by Yolŋu and Bi clans and families, the traditional owners and djungkayi of the land and sea that is connected to Gurruwiling (the Arafura Swamp).
